Disoriented Granny managed to break free from Durkee Asylum in Mexico and is frantically navigating the bustling city streets, evading her pursuers. To avoid being confined to the asylum once more, she must traverse a considerable distance. The challenges ahead include not only orderlies hot on her trail with a straitjacket but also a maze of sharp corners, pitfalls, fences, and other unexpected obstacles. As Granny races through the streets dodging the nurses, she also seizes the opportunity to gather shiny gold coins scattered along her path, adding an element of excitement to her escape.
